We are located in Jasper, Alberta which is about 20 km east of the Alberta/BC border in Jasper National Park, a UN World Heritage Site. Ours is a very unique town from a real estate perspective in that the land is leased from the federal government, the land base is relatively small, and the supply of housing somewhat limited.
